7 February 2007 Prishtine - Kosovo Telecommunication Agency (KTA) announced yesterday that the Kosmocell Consortium, comprising two local companies, Dukagjini and Kujtesa, and an Italian-American company, successfully bid to become the second mobile operator in Kosovo. |

Tirane, 7 February 2007 - Tirana on Friday welcomed the UN plan on the final status of Kosovo, believing it will bring an end to the province's status quo of getting nowhere. "This is no doubt a historical moment for Kosovo, as well as for the whole region," Albanian Foreign Minister Besnik Mustafaj told a press conference, highly praising UN envoy Martti Ahtisaari for his hard work. |

February 7, 2006 - Skopje, Macedonia - Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski said last weekend that the United Nations plan for Kosovo was acceptable to the Macedonian government. The plan details the final status of Kosovo as an autonomous Serbian province.
