The statement threatens Kosovo Albanians with collective expulsion, should they decide to unilaterally proclaim independence.

Prishtinë, 20 August 2007 – (Kosov@News) – Kosovo Daily Zëri quoted Serbian news agency B92 that has reported that the so-called Saint Guard of Tsar Lazar has communicated that it does not recognize the negotiations for Kosovo, which are led by the Contact Group.

This paramilitary formation, known to generate more steam than action, at the same time has forewarned that with the military and the police in October will return to Kosovo, in accordance with the 1244 resolution of the UNSC.

In the commentary given to the media, they warn the Serbian Government that any barrier to return Serbian forces to Kosovo will not be tolerated at any price.

To the Albanians they recommend that if Kosovo unilaterally declares independence, everyone will be "deported" from Kosovo.

The newspaper also notes that the Guard says that the international institutions that support Kosovo will have to leave their diplomatic liaison offices in Serbia, meanwhile their forces (UNMIK and KFOR) will have to pull out of Kosovo.

The representatives of this formation celebrated June 28 (Kosovo Battle Anniversary) in Kosovo and some of them wore shirts saying “war until liberation”.
