Prishtinë, 12 october 2006 - Quoting Russian news agency Rosbalt, Kosovo Daily "Zëri" writes that UN Envoy Martti Ahtisaari has already completed recommendations about the future status of Kosovo.

The Russian agency also said it has seen the recommendations and that the status has not been defined in such a way that allows for different interpretation by the sides. There are speculations that some Northern Kosovo areas will have special ties to Serbia according to this proposal.

The document however recognizes the right of Kosovo to the international organizations and it also stresses the necessity of establishing good "neighborly relations" between Kosovo and Serbia.
