Belgrade, 29 October 2006 - KosovoNews - According to the Republican Election Commission, until 7:00 PM, around 50% of the eligible voters came out to cast their vote. Polling stations were supposed to close at 8:00 PM, however, there are reports that many polling stations are still allowing citizens to cast their votes (as of 8:30 PM). CESID said that according to their calculations, the overall number of voters that came out to vote was around 53% to 55%. This is the number of overall voters. The actual results of the poll will be made available in the next 24 hours.
